About

Vessev is a New Zealand marine technology company that designs and builds electric hydrofoiling passenger vessels. Max Olson and Eric Laakmann lead the team at Vessev. In 2024 Vessev launched the VS–9, with 1000kg payload or 10 passengers and cruise speed of 25knots and a range of 40nm at full load. The VS-12 , a larger version , is currently in development.
