A deeply nourishing yin practice woven with singing, sound and vibration - an invitation to explore your relationship with expression through the lense of the chakra system.
Through long held yin postures, breath, humming, mantra and simple pop vocal practices, we will move through the chakras as a map of our inner experience - exploring what it means to feel, listen, speak and express from a greater place of truth.
You don't need to be a signer, or even like singing, there is nothing to perform. This is about experiencing your own voice as vibration, awareness, self expression and connection.
A joyful space to to soften the body, release store tension and open the channels of communication with your Higher Self, being curios about what wants to be heard.
