Tummy Time with GymbaROO at Erina Library

Give your baby the best start with GymbaROO. Designed for babies from birth (or around six weeks) until crawling, this gentle introductory class combines songs, stories and sensory play with practical tummy time guidance for parents.

Learn simple, effective ways to help your baby feel comfortable on their tummy while developing head control, upper body strength and the foundations for future movement milestones. Our experienced instructors will support you every step of the way, helping you build confidence while enjoying special bonding time with your baby.

Babies must be awake and closely supervised during tummy time.
