Maleny Businesses — Your Voice Matters
Location
About
With the Maleny streetscape works continuing to affect access, parking, visibility and trade, Maleny Commerce is bringing local businesses together to agree on some practical ways forward.
Join us next Monday at the Maleny RSL Hall from 3.00pm for a 3.30pm start.
This will be a working meeting focused on keeping Maleny visibly open for business, supporting traders through the disruption and encouraging locals and visitors to keep coming into town.
We’ll discuss how Council's funding for promotions can best be used, along with marketing, parking and access, street activations and coordinated advocacy.
Importantly, we’ll also establish a focus group made up of local business owners, with smaller working teams to help spearhead these initiatives. This is about pooling our ideas, skills and energy and sharing the work — so the more businesses involved, the more we can achieve together.
Attendance is FREE, but please RSVP here so we have an idea of numbers.
Come along, have your say and help shape how Maleny responds during the works.
