October 22 Field Crop Pathology Field day, 2026

Join Agriculture Victoria researchers for a field-based tour of current grain pathology, disease surveillance and integrated disease management (IDM) research. Designed specifically for agronomists and advisers, the tour will provide practical insights into seasonal disease risks, surveillance findings and management strategies for Victorian grain crops.

Come see the visual impact of untreated crops in a high disease season and compare them with current management options.

• Cereal virus surveillance and management
• Wheat integrated disease management (IDM) strategies
• Lentil disease management and current research findings
• Faba bean disease management

• Update on surveillance networks for grain pests and beneficials

Participants will have the opportunity to view current research trials in the field and discuss disease management challenges and emerging issues directly with Agriculture Victoria researchers.
