Artists in Residence Celebratory Morning Tea
Location
Bayside City Council Corporate Centre
About
Artists, family, and friends are invited to a special morning tea to celebrate Artists in Residence, an exhibition of new works by residents of local residential aged care homes and members of Bayside Care and Support's Social Support Program, who continue to live independently in their own homes. Presented as part of the Bayside Seniors Festival, the Artists in Residence exhibition showcases artworks created through a series of workshops facilitated by Bayside Arts and Culture, with local Artist, Kerry Evitts.
Bringing together older people from across the community, the project highlights the power of creativity to foster connection, self-expression and wellbeing. The exhibition celebrates the talent, experiences, and ongoing contributions of older people living in Bayside.
RSVP by Monday 19th October.
