CHIP TO COURSE SERIES – LADIES’ 6-WEEK GOLF PROGRAM
Ready to take the next step in your golf journey?
Our Chip to Course Series is a fun, supportive and progressive six-week program designed for ladies who are new to golf, have completed a beginner program such as Chip & Sip, or simply want to build their skills and confidence in a friendly and welcoming environment.
Whether you’ve never picked up a golf club before or you’ve had a few hits and want to learn how to actually play the game, this program is designed to help you develop the skills and confidence to get out on the course.
⛳ WHAT’S INCLUDED?
We’ve designed the six sessions to progressively build your golf skills, with something different to work on each week.
WEEK 1 – GOLF FUNDAMENTALS WITH CLAIRE BROOKER
We’ll kick things off with a special 2-hour session with Golf Professional Claire Brooker, covering the entry-level fundamentals of golf. Claire will introduce you to the basics of the game and give you a solid foundation to build on throughout the rest of the program.
WEEKS 2–5 – PROGRESSIVE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
The next four sessions will run for 90 minutes and will be hosted by our local golf coaches. Each session will focus on different skills, progressively building your knowledge, technique and confidence.
We’ll cover the practical skills you need to start playing golf, including developing your swing, short game, putting and other essential skills you'll need when you head out onto the course.
WEEK 6 – MINI TOURNAMENT
We’ll finish the series with a fun, relaxed mini tournament, giving you the opportunity to put your new skills into practice and experience a little bit of what playing in a golf competition is all about.
Don't worry — this isn't about being the best golfer. It's about having a go, putting your learning into practice and enjoying the experience!
🍔 GOLF, FOOD & A LITTLE SOCIALISING
We believe learning golf should be fun and social, so every session will finish with a burger and complimentary drinks.
It's a great opportunity to relax, have a chat with the other participants and get to know some of the friendly faces at Cooma Golf Club.
