Have you always wanted to be part of a flashmob? Here's your chance!
Following the Bund der Bayern Inc. cultural performance at the SA Multicultural Festival in Victoria Square on Sunday, 1 November 2026, we're planning a fun flashmob singing:
🎶 Bruder Jakob / Frère Jacques 🎶
To make it happen, we need at least:
✅ 50 German-speaking participants
✅ 50 French-speaking participants
Herzlich willkommen! Bienvenue!
We especially welcome:
German, Austrian and Swiss speakers
French, Belgian, Luxembourgish and Canadian French speakers
Backpackers, exchange students and language enthusiasts
No singing experience required. If you know the tune, you're ready!
🍻 After the flashmob, we'll head to the Hotel Metropolitan (46 Grote Street) for drinks and a chance to meet new friends.
📱 All communication before the event will be via a WhatsApp group.
Registration closes: Sunday, 18 October 2026
Invite your friends and help us create a memorable multilingual moment at Adelaide's biggest multicultural celebration.
À bientôt! Bis bald! 🎵🇫🇷🇩🇪
