Here you can start standup paddle boarding (SUP) for free!
This is a welcoming session for women of all backgrounds, abilities aged 18 to 100. Its never too late to start your SUP adventure!
Our qualified instructors will get you started on the water in a a safe, supportive, friendly and FUN environment, we may even see a dolphin or two.
Select the session time and day and enter your details to register.

Arrive 30 mins early to be set up ready for your session.
Bring; Towel, water, wear something warm for the water, change of clothes, sunscreen, hat, non-grip shoes for the water neoprene booties
All other equipment provided.
