High performance training focused on individual skill development and basketball IQ in a fun, structured environment.
Sessions will cover:
• Ball handling
• Finishing
• Shooting
• Decision making and team concepts
Session Structure
5:45–6:00pm: Warm up on the side of the court, S&C, injury prevention and dribbling.
6:00-6:50pm: On court training with a focus on finishing, in game moves, shooting, IQ and small sided games.

Important Dates:
Denzel will be Overseas from November 21 - December 6 (2 weeks). All sessions during this period will be run by experienced assistant coaches.
