The Learning Centre provides how-to videos to assist you with the complete event management process. Helpful tutorial videos provide guidance through the ticket sale process, the establishment of your event page, how to best customise your event page, and technical information on functions such as allocating seating, data collection and management, ticket sales and discounting.
Our Australian based Client Services team have prepared a FAQ page to assist you with common queries that they've encountered during their years of service. We work with hundreds of organisations like yours every day and have compiled this page to provide you with a quick and accessible solution. There is also a Support page that provides step-by-step reference guides tailored to various event types. This information is relevant to the considerations and needs of your event. Our reference guides include instructions on specific functions, such as how to enable promotional codes, and how to set up events and refunding, amongst others.
