Vegan and The Vine - SYDNEY

Join family vignerons Yalumba for a three-course vegan feast prepared by Bentley Restaurant + Bar's Brent Savage. All dishes will be paired with vegan wines from family winemakers Yalumba. Hear from the winemaker and the chef as they explain sustainable winemaking and cooking, and why a vegan approach to both is beneficial.
