The Squared Division

The Squared Division is an Australian creative powerhouse taking the world by storm with their high end, extravagant, cutting edge and extraordinary creative direction and choreography. With successful careers in dance and theatre Antony Ginandjar and Ashley Evans have over 17 years of international industry experience. 

Their earlier careers in dance had them performance with Fergie from The Black Eyed Peas, Kylie Minogue, George Michael, Kelly Rowland and Adam Lambert. Their  theatre credits include Grease: The Arena Spectacular, Oh! What A Night: The Musical and Hugh Jackman: The Boy From Oz. Their early film and television credits include Scooby Doo The Movie, Happy Feet 2, Goddess, the MTV Australian Video Music Awards, the ARIA Awards, Australian Idol and television commercials for Coke, Sony Vaio, Cadbury's and more.

Continuing their world domination, The Squared Division are currently the choreographers for American pop music icon, Britney Spears. Collaborating on her music video for ‘Work Bitch!’ and also for Britney’s new Las Vegas residency show, ‘Piece Of Me’, at Planet Hollywood.

Prior to this The Squared Division have been the creative direction and choreographic team behind number one, American music artist, Ke$ha, creating hit performances for her TV appearances on the 2011 Billboard Music Awards, the 2012 American Music Awards, the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards 2012, The X Factor (Aust. / USA / Sweden), The Graham Norton Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Conan, the 2010 Premios 40 Principales Madrid, La Chanson De L'Annee 2010 Paris and more. Most recently, the boys collaborated with Ke$ha on her music video for ‘Crazy Kids’ and also wrote, directed and choreographed Ke$ha's ‘Warrior’ World Tour in 2013 and previously her ‘Get Sleazy’ World Tour in 2011.

In 2012, they were appointed as the creative directors and choreographers for Kylie Minogue’s 2012 Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras performance and her 2012 F1 Rocks concert in Abu Dhabi. Soon after they created and choreographed rap megastar Flo Rida’s performance on the 2012 TV Week Logie Awards. Later that year The Squared Division were the chosen choreographers for Taylor Swift’s 2012 ARIA Music Awards, under the direction of Baz Halpin. 

The boys have worked with some of the biggest names in music. You name them they’ve created, directed and choreographed stunning productions… the list is endless … GRL, Ed Sheeran, Rita Ora, Jessie J, Cher Lloyd, Hillary Duff, Dannii Minogue, Redfoo from LMFAO, Havana Brown, Mel B from the Spice Girls, Delta Goodrem, Guy Sebastian, Jessica Mauboy, So You Think You Can Dance Australia, Australia’s Next Top Model, Dancing With The Stars, Big Brother, Hermes, Marie Clare as well as music videos for Redfoo, Havana Brown, The Potbelleez, Eskimo Joe and Zoe Badwi including her platinum selling hit single “Freefallin” and their video director debut for “Shoot Me Down”.

The Squared Division has been the creative directors and choreographers of The X Factor Australia from 2011 to 2014. Produced by Fremantle Media the award winning stage production is unrivalled and has been lauded as the most stunning and extravagant X Factor production in the world. Season 2 received a 2012 TV Week Logie nomination for ‘Most Popular Reality Program’ and Season 3 won the 2013 TV Week Logie Award for ‘Most Outstanding Light Entertainment Program’. The duo also directed and choreographed The X Factor Live Tour for 2012 & 2013.


Matt Lee

Matt Lee is a leading Australian dance personality and choreographer who has starred in some of Australia’s favourite television and stage shows.

Matt had the pleasure of performing the role of Bert in Mary Poppins in Australia and New Zealand for which he won the 2011 Helpmann Award for Best Male Actor in a Musical.

Matt was a permanent member of the judging panel, as well as choreographer, of the Logie Award winning series So You Think You Can Dance for Network Ten, which earned him a 2009 Logie Nomination for Most Popular New Talent. In 2012, Matt worked as Resident Choreographer for series one of the Australian Channel 9 Smash hit 'The Voice' and the most recent series of 'Australia's Got Talent' in 2013.

In 2013 Matt Choreographed Legendary Pop Artist Ricky Martin's brand new single 'Come with Me' for its world premier performance on Channel 9's 'The Voice'. Matt continued to work with Ricky through out the year choreographing his performance at the Australian NRL Grand Final and re staging Ricky's American Billboard Awards performance of his Smash hit 'VIDA' for The Voice 2014.


Jason Winters

Jason began his training with an intense arts program that involved music, acting, dance, graphic arts and design. 

As a professional dancer he got the opportunity to perform, assist, and eventually choreograph with such incredibly influential people & companies. A few of these being Mia Michaels for her dance company RAW, Cirque Du Soleil; Anna Vissi’s National Tour NYLON; Marc Dendy for both On and Off Broadway shows “The Pirate Queen” and “Miracle Brothers”; Sol Kerzner's Atlantis Resort, Paradise Island; Radio City Music Hall; The Academy Awards; Superbowl halftime shows with NSYNC, Britney Spears, Aerosmith; the Grammy Awards with Eminem, Elton John, Mary J. Blige, Destiny’s Child, Moby, The Blue Man Group, and Madonna; The Walt Disney World Co., Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo Disney Sea.; “So You Think You can Dance” America/Canada/Australia. As well as a recurring choreographer position on ABC’s “Dance Academy”, and a featured episode of the worldwide photographic competition television show “The One”. Most recently Jason was featured in The Veronica’s smash no.1 film clip “You Ruin Me”.

Along with numerous commissions of award winning contemporary works across Australia and years of teaching master classes in North America at the prestigious Joffrey Ballet School, Interlochen Center for the Arts, Dance Masters of America, The American Dance Awards, STEPS on Broadway (NYC), and Broadway Dance Center, Jason is now based in Sydney, Australia, both as the Artistic Director of Urban Dance Centre under AMPA (Academy of Music and Performing Arts) and as a master teacher/choreographer of workshops in contemporary movement. At the same time holding faculty positions at the following institutions; Sydney Dance Company, Ettingshausens, The Village PA, Ecole Ballet Arts, along with guest positions at Amsterdam Dance Centre, Netherlands and the International Fedes Stages, Belgium.

Jason is the founder/creator of The Jason Winters Contemporary Technique™ offered exclusively through Commonwealth Society of Teachers Dancing. 


Juliette Verne (JET)

Jet is undoubtedly one of Australia’s most accomplished director/choreographer/performers’. Jet is privileged to be part of the TV Series So You Think You Can Dance Australia, fulltime in the production team, featured choreographer/mentor and judge in Australia’s Season 1, 2 and 3 and most recently in Season 4. 

She has choreographed for the finale of Celebrity Apprentice, for PSY and Jay Sean on X Factor and an original Australian Musical ‘Showtrain’. Juliette is executive producer of entertainment company J-­‐Foxx Entertainment Pty Ltd providing choreography and talent and/or shows for major artists and corporate companies around Australasia with a client list that includes: Guy Sebastian, Jay Sean, Deni Hines, Foxtel, Swarovski, Ubisoft, Mercedes, BMW and more. She is a Founder/ Director of Urban Dance Centre (UDC), a performing arts studio that prepares elite young performers for the entertainment industry, featuring UDC’s exclusive Accredited Diploma of Musical Theatre Course in Sydney, Australia. Juliette shares her knowledge and experience to students at UDC and teaches workshops all around the world. 

Juliette is one of the few diversely skilled performers trained in ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, Brazilian salsa and samba, cabaret, singing, acting and specializing in Hip Hop, JFH, Jazz, Lyrical, Musical Theatre and Cabaret styles. 

Juliette’s performing  credits include: New York Radio City Music Hall Rockette, Elton John, Liza Minelli, Gypsy Kings, New York Knicks Cheerleader at Madison Square Garden, Monte Carlo Sporting Club, Freedom Williams C & C Music Factory (US & Canada Tour), The Lion King, Starlight Express,  Grease, A Funny Thing  Happened On The Way To The Forum and Baz Luhrmann’s  film Moulin Rouge, Star  Search Finalist-­‐  USA, Guy Sebastian,  Shakaya, Destinys Child Australia Tour,  Usher plus many  more……. 

While in New York Juliette was privileged  to work  alongside America’s  leading choreographers, Mia Michaels, Tyce Diorio, A.C and Cecelia Marta. 

Most recently Juliette choreographed Snow White at The State Theatre for Bonnie Lythgoe, starring Magda Szubanski, Sir Cliff Richard and Kyle Sandilands.
