Birth skills for easier birthing and supportive partners 

 

This 2 hr workshop is interactive, inspiring and educational.  With your partner or labour support person:

  • Practice hands on labour support techniques for a more manageable, calm and positive birth experience.  
  • Learn mindfulness and communication tools to make empowered and informed choices
  • Understand how best to support your partner from home to hospital and create a great birth team.

Our aim is to help you better understand how to work proactively with your body in labour, how to reduce unneeded interventions and help make your birth expereince more satisfying for all involved (physically, emotionally and practically).   Wth a small group size this session can be personalised to your questions and areas of interest.  

 

WHEN:  Every 2nd month usully on the 3rd Thursday from 6.30 - 8.30pm

WHERE:  Mien Natural Therapies, 3rd floor, 370 Queens Parade, Fitzroy North, 

COST:  $60/person
