Macedon Ranges Wine & Food Festival 2015
Each spring for 25 years, boutique wineries and restaurants nestled within the spectacular Macedon Ranges have thrown open their doors for a single weekend of stunning wine, mouthwatering food and great music and entertainment.
It was always known as the Budburst Festival. Being such an exceptional wine producing region, we have decided that Macedon Ranges deserves to be the headline - the Macedon Ranges Wine and Food Festival.
This year 30 wineries will have more than 100 exceptional wines for tasting that can often only be sourced at the cellar door. It is an event not to be missed.
Weekend Winery Pass
$15 per person
Once you have bought a Weekend Winery Pass, you can also book a seat on a bus from either Gisborne, Woodend or Kyneton train stations on both days.
Each bus fare is only $35 and it means that you get driven around to three or four wineries/wine hubs for the whole day and returned to the station.
The bus itineraries are set so that you can visit different wineries each day*. They represent fantastic value and it means you can really relax over the festival weekend.
* Some itineraries may change depending on sales and demand
