Siddha Yoga Retreat for Young People
Friday 28 September to Monday 1 October 2018
Participate in a retreat especially for young people on the beautiful and sacred grounds of the Siddha Yoga Ashram in Sydney. The Ashram was inaugurated by Gurumayi Chidvilasananda in 1983, and many Siddha Yoga events and retreats have been held there over the years.
The retreat is designed to support young people in learning about and practising Siddha Yoga meditation. Through meditation, chanting, hatha yoga, reflection and discussion, young people will, together, immerse themselves in the study and practice of Gurumayi’s Message for 2018.
A highlight of the retreat will be participation in three sessions from the Siddha Yoga Meditation Sessions 2017. It is the perfect opportunity for young people to spend a full weekend immersing themselves in the teachings and practices of the Siddha Yoga path.
Siddha Yogis (ages 13 – 30) from around Australia, New Zealand and all around the world are invited to participate. There are no prerequisites for attending this event. All young Siddha Yogis and new seekers are warmly welcome. The retreat will be in English only.
