The Club is holding its traditional Breakfast on the first day of the Sydney Test against New Zealand at the 'Market Canopy' in the Entertainment Quarter (formerly Fox Studios, formerly Showground), right next door to the southern end of the SCG. The event is hosted by President Jim Maxwell AM and Twelfth Man and Patron Mark Taylor AO. Other special guests will be advised soon.
Corporate supporters are invited to reserve a 'Sponsor's Table for 10' at $2,100, which includes pre-event publicity, priority seating, signage and program ackowledgement.
Individuals at $115 per head will be assigned to tables set aside for Club Members. Preference in bookings to Club members, who have renewed their membership for 2019/20. You also have the option of reserving a table of 10 at $1,100 per table.
Seating is limited to 500, so it can only be “first in” bearing in mind the Breakfast is always fully booked. Although tickets are not issued for this function, all bookings will be acknowledged and confirmed by the office.
If you need SCG seat tickets, please let us know and we'll let you know what's available. We have access to a limited number of open corporate boxes with our without allday catering.
Parking? Normal public car parking in Centennial Parklands on the other side of Driver Avenue is $25 per car. However, there'll be plenty of undercover spaces in the Entertainment Quarter's Wilson Parking Lot at $25 for the day; but if you ask our caterer to endorse your ticket, it's only $7! Enter via Errol Flynn Drive off Lang Road.
Note that a further condition of admission to the Breakfast is the donation of a new or second hand cricket book – the “Bring a Book to Brekky” concept. These books assist in advancing the game in under privileged areas in other cricket loving countries.
