Salami competition, local food, wine & music. Family day on the farm with Rosa Mitchell, the pigs, Red Gum Food Group producers and friends. Music by Don Hearn, Back Porch Fridaze and the Curlew Bros. Food by Red Gum Food Group farmers, wine and beers with Restdown Wines. Fun family times!

Day 1

Saturday August 29. On-farm butchering and home meat preservation workshop . Limited to 12 places. Begins at 10am. 



Day 2 

Sunday August 30. On-farm festival and salami competition. Local Red Gum Food Group food stalls, Restdown Wines bar and local music from 12pm. Salami Competition judged by Rosa Mitchell and Stella Gugliotti at 1pm. Fully licensed and catered for event, please no BYO alcohol or food. 

$40pp Kids under 12 are free
