The China-Australia Free Trade Agreement (ChAFTA) unlocks significant opportunities for Australian business and will elevate the Australia-China trade and investment relationship to the next level. 
 
ACBC QLD in partnership with the CCCA QLD, Chinese Consulate General, Brisbane and our event partners invite you to attend the ChAFTA Forum  to better understand the range of benefits on offer and maximise the trade and investment opportunities arising from this landmark Agreement.

Our Guest of Honour, H.E. Ma Zhaoxu, Chinese Ambassador to Australia, will deliver the Keynote Address at the Forum.  A new comprehensive guide to ChAFTA developed by the Chinese Consulate General and King and Wood Mallesons will also be launched and available to attendees at this Forum.  This special ChAFTA guide provides practical information on trade and investment for both Australian and Chinese businesses. 

 

 

The ChAFTA Forum will bring together senior industry and government experts, both Australian and Chinese, to explore key facets of the Agreement through presentations and interactive panel discussions, including:

•     Opportunities for Australian manufacturing and professionals services exporters

•     Trade and investment in RMB – benefits to exports and investments

•     Chinese inward investment in the agribusiness, infrastructure and resources & energy sectors.
