Demonstrate your support for 4 million Australians who live with chronic pain.
WHAT: "Walk Against Pain" at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) on Wednesday 3rd February 2016, from 4:30pm to 6:0pm. Stroll around the perimeter of the famous field, while witnessing the Primary Club's Marathon Cricket event; Wave at yourself on the big screen while earning sponsorship dollars per lap for pain management research; Rub shoulders with some of the Maasai Cricket Warriors from Kenya as they prepare to play the feature Twenty/20 cricket match.
VENUE: Sydney Cricket Ground, Enter via the SCG Members' Pavilion Gate A, Driver Avenue, Moore Park. Parking is available in Driver Avenue (meters) or at Fox Studios to the south.
TICKETS: $25 per Individual; or $50 per Family (2 adults; kids free). Basic ticket price for Walkers includes food and drink vouchers. $10pp for Spectators.
COCKTAILS WITH THE STARS: $75 per head, includes the Walk entry and cocktails with the sponsors watching the Maasai game from the Upper Balcony of the SCG Members' Pavilion, the "Best Seat in the House"!
SPONSORSHIP: Ask your friends, family and work colleagues to sponsor you. Walkers have the option of earning additional sponsorship money for the number of laps they complete. Example: 10 laps (approx. 5kms) at $20 per lap would earn another $200 in a tax deductible donation to PMRI.
REGISTRATION: Once your entry payment is confirmed, you will receive an electronic receipt; then you will be sent a Registration Form and the optional Sponsorship Form. Please complete them and bring them on the day. Note there is a 30c transaction fee.
