Blues fans are in for a treat on October 10th with two of the most exiting blues acts on the national scene set to descend on "Live at St Lukes”.
Multi award winning Melbourne based Blue Eye’s Cry join forces with Adelaide’s own Lazy Eye, as the Adelaide Root’s & Blues Association presents Roomful’O’Blues.
Having shared the stage at various festivals across the country, the two acts have collaborated several times including performances at famed blues venue St Andrews Pub (Vic), Giovanni’s in the Adelaide Hills and most recently for the Way Out West Roots Music Club in Williamstown (Vic). It’s no coincidence that on every occasion these shows have sold out, and now Adelaide’s latest and most exiting new blues venue in conjunction with A.R.B.A plays host to the event that not only provides listeners with an authentic “blues club” feel, but through food and bar revenue directly supports the very worthy cause of making a difference to the underprivileged.
Adding an acoustic flavour to this bluesy stew Lazy Eye will be launching and performing songs off their brand new EP Running Blind.
A night not to be missed by lovers of good music.
