Anatomy for Yoga - Hip Flexors + Quads


Join Tahnee for a three-hour masterclass on all things hip flexors and quads!! We'll journey into our thighs and hips and learn how they function in our lives and in our practice, adapting our asana to our unique bodies. We will focus on the illiopsoas, sartorius, quadriceps (vastus lateralis, vastus intermedius, vastus medius, rectus femoris). This is the second workshop in the Anatomy for Yoga series with Tahnee.
