This class draws on some of the recipes from my cookbook “My Umbrian Kitchen” - a celebration of Italian cuisine which has migrated to north-east Victoria. You will learn how to make pasta dishes and sauces that radiate the warm and flavour of the hearth. Antipasto of filled tomatoes, cheese freshly made in class and other autumn ingredients.
