Rieslings of the World

Description

“One of the worlds greatest white wine grapes, capable of making particularly geographically expressive and long-lived wines at all sweetness levels.”

Jancis Robinson, wine grapes, 2012

Explore the world of Riesling, considered one of the great varieties that can produce bone dry through to lusciously sweet white wine. Riesling reflects its ‘sense of place’ more than any other variety.

There will be eight wines tasted during the evening, originating from all parts of the world, including Germany, France, and Australia (Gt Southern, Tasmania and Clare Valley).

You will learn the viticultural, winemaking background and the heritage of Riesling.

If you enjoy Riesling – enrol today as places are limited.
