Women Transforming the City Part 2
Please join Parlour for a lively panel discussion about the many and varied ways women have shaped the spaces, places and policies of Australian cities.
There is a long history of women as active makers of the Australian city – its buildings, spaces, social and political agendas. This discussion event explores the powerful roles women have played as activists, architects, planners, philanthropists, policy-makers, politicians and speculates on future actions and ongoing contributions.
The event builds on a very successful session Parlour ran at the MPavilion in Melbourne last year.
