There are two Victorian mansions that take up 26 Sackville Street Kew. Go to the top of the driveway of the left (grey) mansion, and the theatre is the first building on the left.

Train via Auburn Railway Station (10 -15 min walk)
Tram, it's on route 109, (On Cotham Road), and the stop is no 39. Then walk down Thomas Street.
