Will be talking about gifted children and friendship.  Sarah's talk will cover:

  • social skills
  • intensity and friendship
  • how gifted sensitivities impact on friendship
  • gifted children's expectations of friendship
  • how perfectionism impacts on gifted children's friendships

Come and expand your understanding of the issues that impact on your child.

Networking and a light supper will follow.

ABOUT SARAH:  Sarah is a registered psychologist with a special interest in adolescent mental health and experience in working with children, adolescents and families.  She has previously worked with the Tasmanian Youth Health Service and currently works at the Alcohol and Drug Service as well as at Pamela Windsor Psychological Services.  Sarah enjoys adopting a strength based focus in her work.
