SCHOOLS AND AGENCIES WORKING TOGETHER TO SUPPORT STUDENTS AND FAMILIES OF REFUGEE BACKGROUNDS:
A FOCUS FOR THE CITY OF HUME

Description
This half-day information sharing and networking event will include presenters from local schools and agencies show-casing their approaches to supporting students and families of refugee backgrounds.


This event aims to increase awareness of agency support to schools particularly in relation to the growth of students and families affected by the Syrian crisis in the City of Hume.


The morning will comprise of panel discussion as well as global cafe conversations.

There is no cost to participate in this event, as the Foundation House Schools Support Program is supported through the Department of Education &Training.
