Stress can affect our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
This fundraising event is to introduce different ways to relax and reduce your stress.
What better way to relax on Sunday then learn some yoga and meditation techniques, Pilates, chess, language and photography. Enjoy massage, beauty treatments and more.
We will be fundraising to support medical treatment of 2 beautiful boys with progressive familial intrahepatic cholestasis (PFIC type I).
