Weekly Creative Arts Therapy groups are an opportunity to try out a variety of creative processes in order to nourish your inspiration and your connection to your deeper, emotional self. In these small, supportive groups, we’ll use modalities such as drawing, painting, writing, clay, movement, body awareness, mindfulness and more as tools to access new insights and encourage personal growth. These groups are for anyone seeking some unique time out each week to connect, nurture, and reflect.
