Quietly Powerful Women's Introductory Breakfast
Description

It is difficult enough being a professional woman, especially working in male dominated organisations. It is doubly hard when we are naturally quieter and/or more introverted because most workplaces favour extroversion. Do you ever feel like you have this double disadvantage? If you haven't already, please see my recent articles: The Double glazed glass ceiling, Are you 'covering' your quieter self? and Introversion is not a disorder and femininity does not equal weak.

What would it take for you to be heard, get ahead and make a difference without feeling fake as a quieter professional woman? As a quieter professional myself, I'd like to share some key insights from my successes, mistakes and learnings.

During this event, over a light breakfast or lunch we will explore:

  • The challenges for quieter professional women in the workplace
  • The path to becoming quietly powerful and some tips to get started
  • Further opportunities to accelerate the path to becoming quietly powerful

New Melbourne date just opened for registration.

Sydney breakfast and lunch on 21st April 2017 is now open for registration here.
