Sustain: The Australian Food Network, in collaboration with the University of Melbourne’s Burnley campus, is hosting the Australian Urban Agriculture Forum to take place at the Burnley campus on November 20-21, 2016.
Join us in bringing together practitioners and policy-makers from across the urban and peri-urban food landscape to build a shared understanding of what urban agriculture is, and the benefits and opportunities it can offer in the Australian context.

Hosted as a separate event to the Forum, a dinner will be held at The Craft and Co. in Collingwood where Forum attendees and non-attendees alike are invite to join the speakers and organisers of the event for a evening of deliciously crafted local food, thought and conversation.
Celebrating Tiny Food Farms over a four course meal you will hear from revolutionaries in the bee, bug and worm worlds upon which we depend to eat. Keynote speaker Stuart Anderson from Flow Hive will present on his invention that turned the ancient art of bee keeping on its head. Chef Ben Mac from The Social Food Project will feed us some unexpected surprises and Richard Thomas from Wormlovers will share his deep understanding of the magical world of an animal with five hearts that breathes through its skin and produces the building blocks for life.
