John Heer Business Excellence and Leadership Forum #3

Description

Melbourne 20 October 10am - 12noon

This workshop will outline the secrets of success of a multi-award winning CEO John Heer. John Heer will share his knowledge and experience in the transformation of two healthcare organisations in the USA and his use of the business excellence framework. Discover key strategies and tools for you to take away and powerfully implement into your organisation.

About John Heer:

The Australian Organisational Excellence Foundation in partnership with MLC Transformations, has invited John Heer to come to Australia to present the annual business excellence awards, present his work through workshops to key decision makers and one on one "brain picking appointments."

John Heer is the world’s only CEO to have won the Baldrige National Quality Award three times. This was accomplished at two different organisations, one of which was the first and only Healthcare organisation to win the award twice.

The Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award is the nation’s highest presidential honour for performance excellence through innovation, improvement, and visionary leadership.

According to John, the phrase that best describes achievement of these results is: “Culture: It’s Not the Soft Stuff.” His approach consists of the application of a business excellence framework with a particular a focus on Culture, Leadership, Employee Engagement and Organisation Sustainability.

John has been featured in numerous articles and books and has given presentations about his approach to dozens of organizations in the USA.
