Join us in a beautiful Fitzroy warehouse space for a 4-week pop-up meditation and mindfulness course. Unplug yourself from the outside world and focus on your inner one.
With simple techniques based on the latest research in mindfulness and neuroscience, we make meditation easy and accessible to all.
You don’t need to be a yoga guru or buddhist monk to learn how to meditate. If you can sit down we can teach you. No experience required.
And with regular practice you’ll feel calmer, clearer, happier, and more present in everything you do. Not bad for sitting on a cushion.
Learn to relax your mind and body, and reconnect with your self. Life flows better when you give yourself space to breathe.
The course will be facilitated by Dr Richard Chambers, a clinical psychologist and internationally recognised expert in mindfulness. He has been teaching mindfulness for 15 years and consults to a growing number of organisations and is the author of three books on mindfulness. Richard regularly features in mainstream media.
