Florentine cooking class with Emiko Davies


Cookbook author and blogger, Emiko Davies, brings some of her favourite recipes from her cookbook 'Florentine' to Rome this autumn. Learn how to make handmade pappardelle pasta with duck ragu, a three-ingredient beef stew that was once cooked in the same kilns as the tiles of the dome that tops Florence's duomo and a traditional Tuscan apple cake. The course takes place in the wonderful Latteria studio in Rome's Trastevere neighbourhood.
