Teaching and working with children is one of the most rewarding and yet challenging professions in the world. Mindfulness is gaining momentum worldwide as a powerful practice to manage emotions, reduce anxiety and improve overall feelings of wellbeing. Mindfulness can be used to create calm & space to be fully present in the role of educator.

This ‘Mindful Teacher’ Program is a 2 week x 2.5hr lessons introductory program to begin this practice development. The course is held over multiple weeks, allowing for personal practice in between the sessions. The cost of the full program is $155 per person.
