Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal Yoga will support your health and well-being on many different levels throughout your pregnancy and is an excellent way to nourish yourself and your growing baby. Yoga is an ideal preparatory exercise whilst pregnant, combining the building of strength with the opportunity to relax and let go.  Women can attend from 14 weeks of pregnancy after a medical check-up and with approval from health care providers.

Check-in 10 mins before the class. Mats are supplied. 

Please Note Cancelletion Policy: Bookings cancelled less than 4 hours from class time do not get a refund.

Free parking in the car park accessible from Barker Street is available if you are having your baby at RHW. Bring your parking ticket and your antenatal card to Yoga and we will give you a letter to take to the Car Park Office.
