This training is designed to provide Emergency Relief volunteers and workers with skills for dealing with challenging behaviours from clients. This training has a focus on understanding anger and mental health issues, how to respond to different types of risk; communicating in difficult situations, case studies drawn from Emergency 
Relief experience and looking after yourself. 

Topics include:
*Tips for dealing with clients with challenging behaviour
*Understanding challenging emotional expressions and mental health issues
*Responding to different types of risk 
*Managing in difficult situations
*Case studies
*Looking after yourself, debriefing and organisational support

$45.00 GST incl.
($75 for Group agency bookings of 2 or more. Concession rates also available)
