Event Details :

There are many articles raising the issues of cultural diversity and gender equity in workplaces and outlining what an inclusive workplace looks like. But we want to explore further into how you build a genuinely inclusive and diverse workplace.  We know there are diversity and equity issues in workplaces, so how do we go about achieving change if you are not the decision maker/manager/director of the business? Alternatively we will look at how can this change be created and nurtured in organisations from the leadership group as well.

Our speakers have some ideas for you.

They will outline the components of an inclusive workplace and provide strategies on how to achieve them. Furthermore they will give practical pointers on how to have constructive conversations and progress change about cultural diversity and gender equity in workplaces.
This event is applicable for everyone:
•    both leaders and employees (we encourage you to bring along your colleagues as ideas discussed afterwards can provide you with a great way forward and a good support network)

•    small, medium and large practice (one of our speakers has consultant expertise in the creative industry with smaller practices, whilst the other speaker has large practice consultant experience across the construction industry)

This seminar provides one formal CPD point per hour on completion of set assessment
