At Breakfast Club Yoga, we begin with a 1 hour Yoga class including guided meditation, breath work, flowing sequences and strength building postures designed to build energy, enthusiasm, clarity and great feeling. The class is followed by a delicious plant based super food breakfast designed for sustenance, to set you up for a dream day.
