Kat is an enthusiastic and holistic minded yoga teacher and Reiki Master with over five years experience teaching yoga and facilitating healing sessions. Having trained with some of Yin Yoga’s founder Paul Grilley’s most senior teachers Kat weaves knowledge of the physical body with her own experience of energy and healing into her yoga classes. Yoga is more than an exercise class, Kat believes strongly in yoga as a lifestyle and a deeply healing modality. The lessons we explore on the mat assist us to live a more connected and conscious life off the mat.
Combining her passions for metaphysics and movement Kat is excited to bring you the Soul Serenity Retreat. Featuring a specially sequenced Yin Yoga class themed around the Traditional Chinese Medicine Five Element Theory, anatomy trains, the Chakras and Meridian lines. This will be followed by a guided Meridian Yoga Nidra meditation. Soul Serenity offers you a safe, nurturing and healing space to indulge in some well deserved 'me' time.
