Excellence in Parkinson's research


Parkinson’s Victoria and The Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health are proud to feature international and Australian researchers in this year's lecture series to help you gain insights into the latest treatments for Parkinson's.

Hear from Associate Professor Jenny McGinley and Associate Professor David Finkelstein about changes in treatments for Parkinson's in the last 5 years and what we can expect in the next 5 years.

Associate Professor Jenny McGinley is a physiotherapist and Head of Physiotherapy at Melbourne University.  Her research focus extends to how people with Parkinson's can stay active during daily life and the factors that influence regular physical activity.

Associate Professor David Finkelsteiis Head of the Parkinson’s Laboratory at The Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health.
