Wongarra Farm Gourmet Open Day

  • Wongarra Farm is nestled between the Great Ocean Road and the Great Otway National Park, with extraordinary views, a waterfall and an amazing diversity of animals. It is home to Welsh Black grass-fed cows and Black-Faced Suffolk sheep, free-range, rare-breed pigs, pastured chickens, a posse of retired racehorses, an alpaca and Victoria’s oldest truffiere producing the prized Perigord Black Truffle. Join us for a tour of the farm, meet the animals, feed the pigs, hear about our regenerative farming practices and eat a buffet lunch including rillette, paté de campagne, pulled pork, a bbq, plus dessert treats from our orchard prepared by chef Romuald Oudeyer. We will also have local ciders and beers available (at bar prices).

    Arrive either at 10.30am for farm tour followed by lunch, or 12.30pm for lunch followed by tour.  Please note: Strictly no dogs allowed at this event.
