Slow Food in Australia National Conference 2017
The 2017 National Conference of Slow Food in Australia. Activities run from August 2 to 6, commencing on Wed 2 August with local tours. On Thursday, Australia's first Earth Market will be officially opened, followed by Bruce Pascoe's "Dark Emu" and a Galloway Roast. Friday is a symposium "Local Food Issues With National Implications" followed by Winter Heat stories and bush tucker around the fire. The conference meeting will be held all day Saturday and on Sunday morning.
