Online Ticket FAQ
-Do I have to print my tickets?
It is recommended to print on plain, A4 paper, with no more than one ticket per side. Any alteration of the ticket size and layout may cause the barcode and ticket number to become unreadable and entry refused.
-My printed tickets don't look the same as in my email. The barcodes on my printed tickets look strange. The ticket numbers are missing or different.
Try printing from another browser or to another printer. Contact us if this doesn't help.
-Can tickets be used for more than one day?
No, all online tickets are single day tickets and are valid for only one entry on the day of your choice.
-Can I get multi-day tickets online?
No, you would need to purchase multiple tickets or look at our Annual Membership on our website.
-Do I need a student card or pension card to book online?
No, but you may be required to present it on entry to the showgrounds.
-Can I buy tickets online during the show?
Yes. However they will be at showtime prices.
-What fees are involved?
There is only a $0.30 per ticket TryBooking fee, but this has been included into the advertised cost of tickets. There is a surcharge to use an Amex card.
NOTE: Free tickets are not charged this booking fee.
-Is there a booking fee for ‘Under Prep’ when they are already free entry?
No, there is no booking fee for ‘Under Prep’ tickets.
-I’ve lost or had my printed tickets stolen. What can I do?
If your tickets may have been stolen, please contact us as soon as possible. If you have simply lost your tickets, you should have received an email from TryBooking with links to your tickets after booking. Simply check the email you used to book your tickets, and reprint them. If not, contact us for help.
