Acquacotta Cooking Class
Join Australian cookbook author, Emiko Davies, at Latteria Studio in Rome for a hands-on cooking class and four course lunch inspired by her latest cookbook, "Acquacotta: Recipes and Stories from Tuscany's Secret Silver Coast". Learn some of her favourite Maremman recipes, including hand-rolled strozzapreti pasta, fisherman's “acquacotta” soup with whole prawns, mussels and clams, a refreshing salad from Giglio island and fragrant melon granita. Cost is 100 euro (140 Australian dollars).
