EGGstravaganza is a two day, weekend-long tabletop gaming event, hosted by Every Gamer's Guild over the Labour Day long weekend. With seating for over 120 in air-conditioned comfort, hobbyists in all forms of tabletop games are gathering to play games, meet old acquaintances and make new ones, see what is new and share their passion for our hobby, or simply learn more about tabletop games and see why so many children, families, friends and couples are joining the hobby. The event is run by Every Gamer's Guild, a Newcastle-based group founded in 2009 for Every Gamer to meet, share information and have fun playing Every Game. Our members include families, teenagers, students, teachers, and professionals, and our monthly meetings aim to foster a fun and safe atmosphere. Every Gamer's Guild and EGGstravaganza is fortunate to be supported by our wonderful local gaming stores: Good Games Newcastle, The Games Shop Charlestown Square and Marks Point Puzzles and Games Cafe. Attendees at Every Gamer's Guild events are required to meet our Code of Conduct, to provide a safe environment to enjoy our hobby.

A Day Pass to EGGstravaganza offers open tables to play tabletop games. Bring your own games, or join a game with others. There will be a 'Looking for Game', 'Please Teach Me' and 'Looking for Players' system running, with Every Gamer's Guild volunteers on hand to help. Please remember that all games are privately owned and you should take care to ensure they are kept in the condition they started in. There will be a great variety of children and family games available, and we do remind you that all children must be under adult supervision at all times.

When purchasing your day passes, you may choose seats at Scheduled Tables. There are 2 Sessions each day of Scheduled Tables (9am-3pm and 3pm-9pm) with a variety of fun or competitive activities. Some Scheduled Tables may have trophy prizes, some may have games to win and take home. Role playing games like Dungeons and Dragons are available at Scheduled Tables. If you see a table you are interested in, please add a seat for that table when ordering. Click on 'Book Now' above to see a complete list of available Scheduled Tables. Seats at Scheduled Tables close a week before EGGstravaganza to allow organisers to prepare and provide you with the best possible experience. In the event a Scheduled Table does not reach its minimum number of players, seat-holders will be notified and offered alternatives.
Applications to hold your own Scheduled Table are still available. Contact Every Gamer's Guild directly via everygamersguild@gmail.com or find Every Gamer's Guild on Facebook.
Every Gamer's Guild offers monthly meetings, more information can be found on the Every Gamer's Guild website. Membership of the club includes free entry to our meetings, as well as discounts at local gaming stores The Games Shop Charlestown Square, Good Games Newcastle, and Marks Point Puzzles and Games Cafe.
