Fermenting Vegetables & Making Sauerkraut

Join us for this informative 3 hr workshop where you will learn about the amazing health benefits of fermentation. We’ll cover the step-by-step process of the slow fermenting method focusing on fermenting vegetables and making sauerkraut. Participant will taste vegetables which have been fermenting for 2, 4 & 8 weeks so they understand the different stages of fermentation. Participants will also take home one free pack of fermented vegetables and there will be an opportunity to purchase more.
