Serenading Adela: A Street Opera - Rehearsals

Serenading Adela: A Street Opera, is a community music event with a mass choir, street band and an Unruly Mob. It marks the centenary of the January 1918 evening when anti-war activist Adela Pankhurst, imprisoned in Pentridge, was "serenaded" over the prison walls by supporters. Choir rehearsals from 3 September 3 pm Sundays at the Scout Hall, 213A Weston Street, Brunswick East. Please also register here for the Band; and the Unruly Mob (who play the crowd, just a few rehearsals).
