Millthorpe Garden Ramble 2017

We would love to welcome you to the 13th annual Millthorpe Garden Ramble which has showcased more than 100 cool climate gardens in and around our lovely historic village in the Central Tablelands of NSW.
To celebrate the village's Sesquicentennial year, all 10 of this year's open gardens surround historic dwellings that reflect the unique history of Millthorpe.  It's more than just flowers, trees and plants.  As you visit the gardens, step back in time while viewing beautiful crafted stone walls, an old wash shed, a cobbler's workshop and old dairy buildings.  Even conjure up what dreams were had sitting on an outdoor dunny.
Please show your trybooking ticket at Ramble HQ or on entry to your first garden to collect your Ramble Passport Ticket, the full Ramble brochure and your Lucky Gate ticket.  You can also view here the descriptions of the 10 open gardens and the map.
HQ is at the Millthorpe Public School on the corner of Park and Victoria Streets and will be open from 9am to 4pm on the weekend if you require any further information or assistance.  Gardens are open from 10am to 4pm both days.
You may choose to explore the village further with the "Historic Homes of Millthorpe Walk By".   A self-guided opportunity to look over the fences and into the past.  Maps available at HQ and each open garden.  Don't miss the Golden Memories Museum, where the "Historic Homes and District" book will be on sale as well as at Gardens 8 and 10.
We encourage you to also visit the galleries in the Art Trail that is being held over the Ramble weekend.   Browse the village's many boutique and specialty shops or take a break at our cafes, pubs or cellar doors to taste local produce and wine.  To find out more, including the many accommodation options, please visit the Millthorpe Village website and follow us on facebook for some insights and sneak previews leading up the event.
All proceeds from the Garden Ramble go towards Millthorpe Village enhancement projects including various aspects of the Redmond Oval upgrade, street tree plantings and maintenance of Mill Green.
We hope you enjoy your visit.
Tickets are $25 per adult (plus 30 cents booking fee) for 10 gardens - valid all weekend. Children free.
